

Meet Our Founder
Jennifer has over 10 years experience in Human Resources operations in the hospitality, gaming and construction management industries. She has successfully led teams of 30+ people across six states and opened 2 integrated resorts for a Fortune 500 company, where her focus was on recruiting, mass hiring, onboarding and training thousands of employees at each location. Jennifer has also been a key SME for several Workday recruiting integrations as both an employee and project consultant.

She holds her Strategic HR Business Partner Certification from HCI, and earned her Masters of Hospitality Administration Management from UNLV. She also received her BBA from UMass Amherst where she studied management and psychology.

By 2023, owner and founder, Jennifer Russell, had conducted too many exit interviews in her career. She discovered many talented, driven individuals were resigning due to poor onboarding and lack of manager support, and found these were 99% preventable. When the opportunity arose to begin consulting, she knew she had to take the leap and so she established R&R Consulting Co., LLC.
